My great grandparents at one point owned half of a block in property. Little by little they sold lots to pay for their move to Oregon and their land up there. They ended up only having 2 lots left here in California. My mother’s cousin had bought 1 of them but that wasn’t that bad because it was still in the family. Well, now that house was forclosed and sold. There is only one left and its the house my grandfather grew up in. Im a real sappy person and when I found out my great grandmother was trying to sell I just about died. But because of the housing crisis it wasn’t selling. Now I am renting the house from her but she still wants to sell in a year or so. I want to get a first time home buyers loan to try to buy the house. I don’t have good credit but I am a full time college student and I work as a T.A. at my school. I also own my own business so I can afford monthly payments. I just don’t know who to contact, I have looked up first time home buyers loans on google but end up with the run around. Please any info will help. Thank you

First time home buyers can now opt for first time home buyers loans and buy their choice of home more easily.
My little advice is that you go to a bank in your area to request for the loan, I think that would be a bit easier for you, but let me also recommend you to a loan firm that offers unsecured loans in order to ease your situation, though he is the only one I have tried for now so I don’t really know if their interest rate is the lowest. Few months ago when I had a bad credit, a friend of mine introduced me to them, inspite of my bad credit they were able to loan me 25K of which I used to revive my business, I think you too can do the same as well.
Tell the CEO is Anne Fost that refers you to him.
Regardless of your nationality, I am sure they can be of help to you.

Hello,
My Name is Maureen Sliver i live in the UK and life is worth living comfortably for me and my family now and i really have never seen goodness shown to me this much in my life as i am a struggling mum with three kids and i have been going through a serious problem as my husband encountered a terrible accident last two weeks, and the doctors states that he needs to undergo a delicate surgery for him to be able to walk again and i could not afford the bill for his surgery then i went to the bank for a loan and they turn me down stating that i have no credit card, from there i run to my father and he was not able to help, then when i was browsing through yahoo answers and i came across a loan lender Mrs Lillian Johnson who provides loans at an affordable interest rate and i have been hearing about so many scams on the internet but at this my desperate situation, i had no choice than to give it an attempt and surprisingly it was all like a dream, i received a loan of $35,000 USD and i payed for my husband surgery and thank GOD today he is okay and can walk and is working and the burden is longer so much on me any more and we can feed well and my family is happy today and i said to my self that i will shout aloud to the world of the wonders of GOD to me through this GOD fearing lender Mrs Lillian Johnson and i will advise anyone in genuine and serious need of loan to contact this GOD fearing woman via lillianjohnsonloancompany22@yahoo.com and i want you all to pray for this woman for me.
Two problems:
1. To qualify for the first time credit, you must close on the home before 12/1/09
2. You will not qualify if you purchase from a relative
Your best bet is to try an FHA loan with a gift of equity to cover the 3.5% down payment. The first thing you need to do is apply to see whether or not you qualify. If you qualify I can help you structure the gift of equity and the contract.
