   Check with you r locale housing authority, most states offer classes you can take to help with mortgages and they have great referall programs. I use Wells Fargo they have great rates

   Call a mortgage broker. He can find programs for you ranging from good to bad credit.

   Your best bet is with a broker. They can shop around to give you a good quote. Im a Loan Specialist and I work with a Mortgage Broker. We work with about 250 lenders throughout the U.S. so its never a problem getting my clients very good quotes!

   Now that rates are dropping its very interesting to see all the lenders compete for your business!
