   You won’t.

   And, to add, if you are only trying to finance a 24k home, most lenders won’t waste their time with that either. It just isn’t enough $$$. Most want the mortgage to be 50 or 75k at least.

   You can look for a house with seller financing. Qualifying isn’t as difficult with them.
   If you find a house you like that doesn’t offer seller financing you could ask the seller if they would consider carriying the note. They could sell the note to a private investor at closing and never have to carry it. You would then be making payments to the investor.
   So, you get a house, the seller gets his cash and the investor gets his investment. Everyone wins.

   When you have bad credit history, or no credit history, it is difficult and frustrating when trying to obtain a loan or credit card . Establishing your credit history can be a real pain in the a**. If you don’t have credit, not many places are willing to give you credit, yet how can you ever establish credit if nobody is willing to give you any?
