    Don’t even remind me!!!
I just got out of this cycle with these companies after a 3 year nightmare with them. I managed to get a bank loan thru a Credit Union here. I paid most of the paydays off. Then paid it all off with my income tax. I feel sorry for you. You have to pay them some how. They will take you to court and you will incur extra fees. It’s best to write them a letter or talk to the manager about making some arrangements.

They can file a claim on every single delinquent borrower. And if they want to stay in business, they do. The *can* sue you, they *will* sue you and they *will* get a judgment against you. If you try to evade paying, it becomes criminal fraud, and – aside from still having to pay them – you’re committing a felony and can go to prison. (And they *can* press charges, and they *will* press charges.)

Wow, whoever you got your information from is full of crap. Closing the account and changing your number is FRAUD. They will sue you, they will put leins against any property you own, and you would go to jail once they show the judge that you were evading them.
