   None of them are safe. The interest rate is so high. If you borrow $20, you owe about $800 in repayment. Give this a lot of thought. It isn’t worth it.

   They are not safe. They ask you for a small $29 processing fee. Once you send the money, you never hear from them again. No one will loan you money over the internet..
