   Right off the bat I see your problem. You think getting another loan will get you out of debt.

   On the serious side I’d suggest you Google Social Lending or Person to Person lending. These are clearing houses where private individuals can choose to lend you money. There is no guarantee you’ll get funded. They run credit checks, employment checks, and report your loan to the credit bureaus. But this is another option that might work for you. All you can do is apply.
