Is there anyway to make REAL Money at Home?

We are in a financial bind right now do to my husband having to get a new truck.Our Son talked him into trading off the Car that our son was driving to Work Because it had many many miles on it and was falling apart. He would HELP do the Payments and get the Sales TAX. HA HA. So my husband listened to him traded off a CAR that was paid for and you Guessed it. Gave toe truck to Our son Yet again. We have the payment book and son has the Truck. We pay and he drives it.And Bi***** because DAD bought a CHEVY not a FORD. It’s a Small S10 He wanted a FORD RANGER. And now we have a $321 a month truck payment and over $600 in Sales tax needed in 4 weeks. On top of a New washer for Son, And a riding Lawn mower for Dad and My computer has to go back, My genealogy sites have to go. My Plans for a Doctors appointment for A check up get put on back burner, My Dentures. My health has to wait Because now we have a $7000 dollars truck to pay for. I have tried the Internet Loans( JOKE, HA.HA) I have tried the Internet Survey Stuff get paid money to do Surveys (AGAIN HA HA), We done the Envelope Stuffing , I am unable to Work for Health Reasons.I either have Fibrmyalgia, MS, or Crippling Arthritis, I hurt so bad I can not even stand to cook a meal without sitting on a stool because my legs and hips hurt to bad and I have back spasms till I want to scream. Tried the Yard Sale made some but yet not enough. Nerves will not Stand Babysitting. I HATE CHILDREN. They need to go other places instead of my house. We even tried the Lottery My sister told me you can WIN BIG money HA HA you even spend BIGGER money for Nothing. She was here 8 months and spent at least $30 dollars a month and out of 150 tickets she bought she may have made $150 dollars in 5 months. We do NOT believe in Credit Cards, and Have No checking account to Do the JOKE Payday Loans. They just get you in more trouble. My sister done that and I almost went to jail. My sister told me we should try for Lagiteamate Home Work Companies. Yea right there is nothing on the internet We found that works. We are in Arkansas and they are so behind the times things other states have Arkansas has never heard of.
I do not have a Checking or Savings account and will not send my personal information to these kind of places.
