I have no heard anything from them at all. I thought I would had heard from them by now. it is Wednesday. Does this mean I wasn’t approved?
They said a response would be sent via email within a couple of hours of business hours.

It could. Most customer service nowadays stink. They will probably send you a denial in the mail, because they are too lazy or cowardly to say “you did not qualify”.
There should be a place on the website to check the status of your application. If not contact them via phone to insure they received your information.
Did you receive an e-mail that your data was received? If not they may not have your application.
