   How do you have income and a saving’s account but no job? Anyway, payday loans are the biggest scams out there. The interest will be the highest allowed by law. Some states won’t even let payday loan businesses operate they are so crooked. Whatever you do-do not borrow from one of those ‘legal’ loan sharks. Take the money from the savings account. Or, heaven forbid, get a job.

   Payday loans companies offer loans as liquid money i.e. they give you a check. These loans are approved very quickly. However the companies giving these loans in the form of the check can delay the process of giving loan to the customer. To minimize this delay, few payday loan companies offer loan in the form of cash.    Payday loan services are worse than loan sharks. Do NOT get one of those. Because there is a limit on the interest rate a financing entity can charge, they get around it by charging “service fees” instead. You can end up paying 50% interest on your cash with those outfits. At some point, the government will wake up and shut them down. Until then, the only way to try to get rid of them is to not use them.
