Has anyone ever been to court for not paying back a payday advance loan?

I owe 126$ and this payday place is threatning to take me to court if i dont pay them the full amount within 2 days.Does anyone know if they really can take you to court for such a small amount?Wouldnt they be paying more to take me to court than what i owe them?What can happen if i dont pay them back?
