I remember when my husband nailed to the credit card debt to our mortgage loans and is now a year after pulling my credit report. It is possible but not likely that I forgot something. I’m willing to forgive this when I signed it. If I did not sign him, I will forgive the time, but is a little grudge-like …
If possible, it is unlikely that your husband is nailed to the additional liability of the original mortgage. More than likely, he took an additional mortgage, maybe even the same lender, which is summarized on your credit file. Whatever. Regardless of how it was done, it is actually not only when both of your names are given on the deed to the property.
I am not surprised that this happened. appear in this industry that are regulated largely (and regulations that are ignored when convenient place to happen), many things happen that should not.
If I were a man from Paris, I would bet that either: a) your signature on the document, you give your consent to your spouse, another mortgage of the property, or b) if it was made illegal by the lender forged without your consent.
Anyway, if you want * * to make an analysis, you could. But it would probably not a very good result.
