I moved to Southern California for my job. I lived in the past, but lives with a roommate. Well, I’m moving back, but I need my own place. I have too many things that I need and I do not want me to roommates.I my place, but I have a bad credit.
I can not fix, and I have good credit, but 7 years ago (when I was naive), I was cheated, and I had my identity stolen. I had the bank, and that many companies big money. I was forced to cancel my bank account. I paid all the debts a few years ago, but today I am still with the consequences. I am not able to open a savings account. I’m not for mobile phones, credit cards, loans, or nothing. I use a prepaid debit card, cash and a mobile pre-paid and my credit score does not change. All that would give me a good credit rating, I’m not eligible if my credit score is not higher.
However, I currently live alone and I’m really lucky with this place, but my mother has to hire friends. I have lived here for a while and I have good references. Sometimes I have to voluntarily pay three months in advance, because it was easier for me. lol. I also have a very good job and money is no problem. But the tenants said that I have good credit or a co-signer. But I do not know anyone well enough to sign the cooperation. No family or other person. I do not know whether to require the signatures of apartments, but I just wanted to add.
There are owners who will rent to you. Most are or were the owner, one hand to be on the screen prospective tenants and yourself. They will listen to your tale of woe and perhaps understand your situation.
When you arrive at a property management, you can not so lucky, as it is a legal requirement, only the best Tenants have to choose for their clients, the owners. So they go by some preconceived rules, and only very rarely deviate from these rules.
Who ever take with you on the rent you have to say in advance from your credit card and give your explanation before the first meeting of the landlord or property manager.
