If there is a claim on a property of a person who is now deceased, as the liability if the actor is not collected to giving their consent?
The executors were asked to pay the debt, but because they are not issuing their consent I can not claim money from me by them. It has some time since they were invited, have been payable to the debt. Any advice how I can make my debts.
