I think it should be a revision of the system and stricter controls on credit supply.
In this simplest form, that is, the players some valuable time back and they receive no parent club and the club help using the lower level, they must have the feeling that everything is fine with me.
As it is, I think there are too many clubs in a position to circumvent the rules and unfairly exploit weaknesses in the system for creating mistrust and injustice through the leagues.
