Am I qualified to get an Auto Loan from the Bank?

I make about almost 800 dollars working part time. My Wife recieves SSI and I need a car. She recieves about $856 each month. So we have a total balance of $1656. We live with my uncle so we don’t pay rent. I have 2 cell phone to pay which totals $90 dollars. Insurance on my other car is about $70. My credit score is okay I still owe like 200 on one card and 300 on the other. I saved up 2,000 dollars for a down payment. Will I qualify to get a 15,000 dollar loan?
