Ok, i got this payday loan over the internet, and it was no faxing or nothing to be signed… it was verbal via over the phone and internet, but anyways i am having trouble being able to pay for it, and i know i was stupid for getting it, and i gave them my banking account number so they can deposit the money in there…the loan was for 200 dollars only…and the loan is out over seas, not sure where..but they said they could get me for fraud for not paying the amount that they wanted, but if i pay payments like every 2 wks they can’t do nothing right, i also heard that they use legal like fraud, jail, or whatever just to scare you huh?? i called this number that deals with payday loans that a lawyer gave me, and they said that they couldn’t press charges against me…SO WHAT THE HELL CAN THEY DO TO ME, NE THING AT ALL OR WHAT??? I’M SCARED PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!!

Nothing they have no jurisdiction…Change your bank account so they wont start drafting out of it and cause you more problems!!!They are using scare tactics and next time they “”harass you”" tell them if they do not stop calling that you will turn them in to the FCC for harassing communications and to put you on the do not call list (they can be fined $$$$$)
doubt they can do amything……….
don’t sweat it………..
better dump that account number………
they will say all kinds of stuff to get their money. No, you aren’t going to jail. maybe to court…and all they’ll say is pay it. But if you don’t have it…then ya just don’t. it will go on your credit until you pay it off. or seven years…what ever is longest.
They can not do anything to you. Just change your bank. Instead of opening up another account at the bank where you gave them the account number. Open up another account but at a different bank. If you don’t they can just go into the other account and get their money. They are just trying to scare you. So just chill and relax.
If you did not obtain the loarn by fraud, then this is not a criminal case. They cannot lay charges or put you in jail. The only thing they could do is to bring you to court and sue you for the money owed. If they win the case, they could get a garnishing order against your wages. With only $200, I just don’t think it worth there time and effort to sue you.
You’ve been scammed. You should put a freeze on all your accounts so that they don’t cheat you. You should also check your credit reports.
